100% polyester with some images for washing instructions. This is NOT a fitted sheet. The tags are in Japanese, of course.
It fits my twin bed with room to spare. I've yet to try it on any other size mattresses. The edges have some stray threads, and if those aren't cut off, they could cause more fraying. My cat doesn't like the feel of the polyester, so a warning to other cat owners, she's clawed some holes into it in her attempts to get it off of my bed. I wish it were a fitted sheet, but it's still great and I'm really glad I bought it! Worth the money, I'd say.
