These Tin Collection sets commemorate the individual movies and each includes four corresponding characters. The tins themselves come with mental lunchbox-style clasps and airy Star Wars insignias. Episode 1: The Phantom Menace: Darth Maul: A version with a sculpted black tunic, equipped with double-bladed lightsaber. Conditioned by pain and torture, transformed into an instrument of pure destruction, Maul was the Sith super-assassin unleashed by the shadow-cloaked Lord Sidius. Maul was eventually killed during his battle with Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon. Obi-Wan Kenobi: A version with a cloth outer robe, equipped with blue lightsaber. During this time, Obi-Wan served as a protégée to the nonlinear Qui-Gon. Simultaneously, Obi-Wan took the young Anakin Skywalker under his wing, forming the impetus for an ultimately tragic relationship. Qui-Gon Jinn: A version with a cloth outer robe, equipped with green lightsaber. Qui-Gon didnâTMt quite fit the standard Jedi mold, but instead embraced a more intuitive and reckless style. Inevitably many of these characteristics passed along to his student Obi-Wan. R2-R9: This silver and red astromech is an R2 repaint. One of the myriad of peripheral characters from the vast Star Wars pantheon, R2-R9 was shown aboard the Royal Starship of Queen Amidala. He seemed to be a standardized repair droid.
