This polishing cloth is made of a polyester mesh material coated in a polishing agent.

The mesh structure reduces clogging, so you can polish with it dry or soaked in water.

It wears well and is reusable after rinsing with water, so it is extremely economical.

There are 3 grades of cloth coarseness; No. 1000 (pink), No. 2000 (light blue) and No. 3000 (ivory), and when used in order, you can polish an item within a relatively short time while avoiding heat build up on the coating surface.

Polishing Method:

Check that the coating surface is completely dry and polish with sand paper (around No. 1000) gently in such a manner as to avoid exposing the base material. When the whole surface is evenly polished, wash it to remove polishing dust.
Polish starting with No. 1000 (pink) in order.
Be sure not to apply too much force when polishing. When the whole surface is evenly polished, wash the item and polish with No. 2000 (light blue) and then No. 3000 (ivory) as well.
After polishing with No. 3000 (ivory), carry out the final polish using a finishing compound.
How to Polish Clear Parts:

(This method is a reference example. Be sure to practice thoroughly before polishing the parts.)

Check that no moisture is present on clear parts and start polishing the item with No. 1000 (pink) first. When the whole surface is evenly polished, wash the item and polish with No. 2000 (light blue) and then No. 3000 (ivory) as well.
After polishing with No. 3000 (ivory), use R187 Mr. Fine compound (SF) for finish polishing.
Carry out this procedure for the front and rear sides of clear parts.
Be sure to pay sufficient attention while working because parts may crack if too much force is applied.
