How to Calculate Shipping Cost

Click the "Add to Cart" button on the product information page for all products you want to order, and then select country on the shopping cart page.
The shipping charge estimate will be displayed.

Shipping cost is calculated based on package weight and the destination.
The estimated weight includes that of the shipping container and packaging materials.


We ship items to the world from Japan.

Shipping Date

We usually ship our items in stock within 2 to 7 business days (Mon. - Fri.).
Preorder items will be shipped within 2 - 5 business days after release date.
We send you an email after shipping.
We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive before a specific date.

Methods of Delivery

We offer 4 methods of delivery: EMS, SAL Parcel, Registered SAL, SAL. 
Customers are prompted to select a method of delivery in check-out page.


Usually 5 - 14 days after shipping, Online tracking, Insured.
We will send you an email with your Tracking Number when we ship your order.

Usually 20 - 60 days after shipping, Online tracking, Insured.
We will send you an email with your Tracking Number when we ship your order.

Registered SAL:

Usually 20 - 60 days after shipping, Online tracking, Insured, restricted to items under 2kg, Length + Width + Height = 90 cm.
We will send you an email with your Tracking Number when we ship your order.

You may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country--please contact your local customs office for further information.

We cannot mark your package as a gift, or lower the declared value.
It is strictly prohibited by international law.

To USA Customers:

Please note that there are no taxes, duties or tariffs on the import of hobby products or toys into the United States. You will not pay any extra to buy from us.

To European Customers:

Many of our European customers report that packages sent by EMS are more frequently stopped at the customs and they have to pay customs charges. For this reason, many customers in Europe prefer SAL, because it is less likely for packages to be stopped if they select these shipping methods.


All of our products are Genuine Japanese version, NOT Chinese or Fake version.
(Some items are manufactured in China.)
All products are new. However, the condition of the box is not guaranteed.


Prices are automatically linked to market prices in Japan. They change every day. Some rare items are more expensive than regular price.
Not negotiable.

Stock Availability

We update the inventory information every day, you will know the actual stock availability in each product page.
If you need a notice of stock availability, please put your email address in [Notify me].

Methods of Payment

We accept only Paypal and credit cards (through Paypal).


Coupons cannot be reissued.


We accept ONLY Japanese Yen.
We will charge your credit card in yen, and your card issuer will do the conversion to your local currency for you. 
You may switch Reference Currencies using the pull-down box above menu bar of each pages.


If there is a problem with the item sent, please contact us and make sure this is done WITHIN A WEEK from the arrival of the product. Please keep all of package materials because the defective items need to be returned to us for an exchange.


We do not accept order cancellations.


Customers who purchased on Plamoya may return item(s) in new, unused condition within 10 days of delivery (no returns accepted after the item(s) was opened). Customers are responsible for any shipping fees as a result of returns.
Please contact us if you wish to return items.

Legal Actions

In case there occurs a legal dispute between Plamoya and our customers, the court(s) that governs the address at which Plamoya is located will be the sole agreement jurisdictional court(s).

We are closed on the days marked in red. All shipping, orders and e-mails are taken care on/after the next business day.
