I received the item in perfect condition. Packaging was done neatly with bubble wrapping around the item box and with some papers put inside the outer box so that it will absorb any force from outside.
Just a humble opinion here, probably can use a harder cardboxes to send with the item.
Figure itself is nice as I like this character in One Piece.
