My sister was absolutely happy when I told her I found Masamune Nendoroid. Plamoya surely is the best place to find the rare goods! Thumbs up for the quality!

I already had the Sanada Yukimura Nendoroid so I had to get this one too. I like how he comes with all his swords sheathed and out in his hands. His helm is very wobbly and you may need to attach something underneath like a piece of putty to keep it from tipping.

As others have mentioned the stand joint that fits on his legs is wobbly and not very good but the Yukimura Nendoroid came with a replacement piece that makes him stand much more stabilized.

Masamune is an awesome nendoroid. The sculpting, painting and design are very impressive. I didn't find any error like in some other nendoroid. Posing and face expression are also cool. GSC really can put his personality and acts from Sengoku Basara in this nendoroid very well. He came with many swords(surprised), so you can make him in various posing. ^^ The only problem by this wonderful nendoroid is...his base (T°T) It would be the best of all nendoroids, if his base could make him stand straight and not fall.

Masamune is one of my favourite characters. I really love the faces of this nendoroid, they capture his personality very well and the attention to detail on his outfit is great. The paint job on mine is great. No obvious flaws.

My own biases aside, he is not very poseable compared to other nendoroids. The old-style base limits him to just an ordinary standing pose which is a bit of a missed opportunity considering the action-packed game/anime he is from. You can have a lot of fun with his arms and swords though. I'm also having trouble making him stand straight, he tends to lean backwards and this is another problem other people have encountered with the base on other review sites. Be VERY careful when attaching the base, I already have a tiny scuff on his hair because he fell over! His helmet is a balancing act too but looking on the bright side it fits on most nendoroids that have normal hair which is cute.

Sorry this review may seem negative but I thought it would be helpful for people who have owned more than one nendoroid. He’s still a great figure and is one of the reasons I started collecting nendoroids in the first place. ;w; Would definitely recommend it to Sengoku Basara fans and people who are interested in male figures. Male nendoroids are still pretty rare releases nowadays.
