Shipment
We make arrangements to ship any items purchased at our website to Japan as well as everywhere else in the world (restrictions apply).
We use Japan Post Service for all of our items for overseas shipment. Shipping charge is to be determined based upon the location and area of delivery. Below is the address from which our items are shipped.

Methods of Delivery
We offer Three methods of delivery: Express(EMS) , Economy(SAL) , Surface.
Express(EMS):
EMS offers the quickest, most reliable delivery service, which allows customers to track their ordered item(s) in transit. Estimated time of delivery is between 4 to 6 days. Use of this service is restricted to items under 30kg (approx. 66lb).Economy(SAL):
SAL is the lowest-cost shipping method for items shipped abroad. This service typically takes longer days for delivery, and does not offer the tracking service. Use of this service is restricted to items under 2kg (appx. 4.4lb). SAL cannot be used to send large items. Please note that some countries and regions do not accept SAL as a method of delivery from Japan. Estimated time of delivery is about 2week to 1 month.Surface:
Ship or train delivery method. Large and heavy products can be shipped cheaply, but usually takes a month and over from the day of shipment.
How to Calculate Shipping Cost
Each item on every page shows approximate weight and shipping charge. The displayed shipping charge is calculated based upon each item’s original weight in addition to any extra weight after wrapping and boxing subsequent item(s). For this reason, bulk shipping may result in reducing the shipping cost.
Please select your country of residence on the shopping cart screen. An accurate shipping charge will be displayed.
Selection of Method of Delivery
At the time of check-out, customers are prompted to select a method of delivery. If the total weight exceeds 2kg (appx. 4.4lb), or if your country does not accept Economy (SAL) delivery method, we will ship using Express (EMS). (You can confirm on the shopping cart screen in advance whether or not this case is applicable to your country.)

Shipping Date
Shipping process will be initiated after we have received a payment.
For Items in Stock:
We usually ship our items in stock within 1 or 2 business days.For items out of stock:
In case the items you ordered are out of stock and we put them on backorder, we will notify customers of estimated days needed to order the item(s) by email to the registered email address after we have received a payment. If it takes longer days than usual for the item(s) on backorder to arrive in our shop, we will notify customers of such a situation by email.
Taxes
Note:
Items shipped out of Japan may be applicable to additional fees and taxes at the time of delivery in each customer’s country of residence. In that case, applicable fees and taxes are to be paid by the addressee.
Returns
Customers who purchased on Plamoya Online may return item(s) in new, unused condition within 10 days of delivery (no returns accepted after the item(s) was opened). Customers are responsible for any shipping fees as a result of returns.
Customers are advised to contact us first using the contact form provided in case customers decide to return any items.
Defects
Please contact us immediately using the contact form provided. We will send the same item(s) as quickly as possible. Such defective items need to be returned to us for an exchange.
Cancellation
We do not accept order cancellations after we have completed the order transaction. However, we may accept order cancellations if the item(s) put on backorder takes a long time than expected.
Methods of Payment
We accept Paypal and major credit cards. Please select your preferred method of payment at the time of checkout.
Note: If you pay by credit card, the card needs to be issued under the name the purchaser.
Currency
We accept Japanese Yen, US Dollars, and Euro. Customers may switch currencies using the pull-down box shown on the screen while you shop. Payment will be made in the currency of customers’ choice.
Note: When making a payment using a credit card, the payment is calculated based upon the exchange rate determined by our credit payment company (2Checkout). The system is calculated based on US Dollar rate. Paying in currencies other than US Dollar may show a different total amount.
Legal Actions
In case there occurs a legal dispute between Plamoya Online and our customers, the court(s) that governs the address at which Plamoya Online is located will be the sole agreement jurisdictional court(s).
