SCI-FI Revoltech Series No.016 Alien Warrior

As dreadful as the real thing, revoltech manages to make a top notch figure yet again.

Since the alien has biomechanical shape and dark colour scheme, the joints blend into the sculpt seamlessly. The tail has a iron wire inside, making it it completely poseable, although I doubt how durable it is in long run. The sculpt is wonderful!

I wish there were additional joints around the feet for some more dynamism. Still, even in very default pose it looks really cool.

The head has surprisingly good range of motion, especially if you remove one part from it's back. The head tilting movement leaves a lot to desire, as it's a bit too limited. The second mouth is included, but it's not really convincing. The primary mouth is really eye candy though.

The torso has two point of articulation, although the upper joint is pretty much useless. It allows some rotation sideways though, which is good.

The figure has a translucent sculpting which has a really cheap look, if the light source is behind the figure. It doesn't bother me much though.

It comes with really few accessories, but it's not a problem. The base is really cool, especially the alien egg. It doesn't come with actual stand though, so it's not possible to pose it in aerial poses.

For alien fans, this is a must have.
