The Kamen Rider OOO DX OOO Driver is very well made but the belt length is short so it will fit around a child but not anyone in their teens or older. The toy comes with the entire belt including the scanner and a small medal holder which can hold up to 6 medal. It comes with 4 medals Taka(Hawk), Tora(Tiger), Batta(Grasshopper), and Kamakiri(Mantis). All the actual electrics are in the scanner which requires 3 AAA batteries but the medals do have chips inside them that lets the scanner tell which one it is but they don't need batteries. You don't need to watch the show to play with it because the scanner will read even a combo thats not from the show or in the wrong order. The scanner can read any medal from deluxe to candy toys to gashapon and it doesn't have to be from the show and call out its name.
